• Follow the structured meeting format and guidelines
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared within circles

5. Referrals and Networking

YP Circles operates on a referral-based networking model. Members are expected to:

• Provide genuine, qualified referrals to other members
• Follow up on referrals received in a timely manner
• Report referral outcomes through the YP Connect platform
• Not abuse the referral system or provide false information

6. Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to our core values:

• Positivity: Maintain optimism in all interactions

Harassment, discrimination, or any form of unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the YP Circles platform are the property of YP Circles Zimbabwe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to attend meetings regularly without valid reason
• Provide false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

YP Circles is a networking platform and does not guarantee business outcomes, referrals, or results. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by members or the outcomes of referrals exchanged. Members engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
